As a Best Benefits Club vendor, your discount should be the best you are able to provide, as you will be reaching thousands of employees. We cannot accept statements such as “reduced pricing” or “special pricing available”. The discount you provide must be specific and must be at least as good as any that you offer through other programs.

As part of your membership in Best Benefits Club you are invited to attend our onsite benefits fairs at local companies, pending HR approval. We appreciate your respect of our policy to make your table reservation through BBC and not with the company holding the event.

Proof of liability insurance is required for attendance at some Benefits Fairs. Please submit your proof of liability insurance to BBC along with this form if applicable.

	Please invoice me for the BBC Yearly Vendor Fee. I understand that my membership will not be valid until payment for the invoice is received by Best Benefits Club.
